The Age of AI Agents: What SASE Can-and Cannot-See

Cloudflare Jaetak Yoon Specialist Solutions Engineer

As AI agents and terminal/IDE-based workflows become increasingly common, traditional SASE security models centered on web gateways are no longer sufficient to provide comprehensive visibility and control. Organizations are facing new security challenges, including data leakage through AI agents, integration with external tools via MCP (Model Context Protocol), and rising operational costs and governance issues driven by the rapid adoption of AI services. This session explores how these changes are reshaping enterprise security and discusses emerging technologies such as AI Agents, MCP, and AI Gateways. It also presents practical approaches for establishing AI security policies and evolving SASE architectures to address the changing threat landscape.
